Mixed Feelings, Some Issues Detracted From the Stay

good locationcramped storage spacelow ceiling
The location was good, offering easy access to central attractions.
I booked a "Cosy canal view" room. It turned out to be small, feeling like a cramped storage space, and it definitely was not the advertised 17-24 square meters. The low ceiling in the room on the 4th floor meant that the window could barely be opened due to a blocking balcony (this really frustrated me).
